He has supported and developed projects across the country resulting in millions of yards of concrete poured in buildings! Supporting VE; value design, engineering & construction for major commercial projects in the eastern U.S. Serving; Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, GC's & Sub-Contractors. Looking to assist with lowering first cost, abbreviating construction timeline and providing long term operational cost reductions for clients within the Federal, Municipal, Institutional, Educational, and various sectors of Commercial projects.
Delivering hundreds of building science education tracks to; AIA, USGBC, CSI, SAME, NRMCA, ACI, HBA and other organizations-audiences.
Providing countless levels of CONSULTATION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT; pre-design, design, scope refinement, bidding & construction involvement; successful project management.
DC retires March 30, 2023 leaving the industry better than he founded and making a major impact in construction and the built environment.
